Turned these into cottage pies. Worried at first because of what seemed high fat content. However taste and texture was excellent. Again as with Fillet Steaks would buy again, very good value.

Bought these steaks for Christmas lunch. Froze them on receipt.
After unfreezing just rubbed in cracked pepper, fresh thyme, crushed garlic with a little Olive oil. Then fried in loads of butter for 4 mins, nicely pink inside
Lovely flavour, melt in the mouth texture. Will definitly buy again!

Swift delivery. So fareaten the steaks which were delicious and cooked a casserole with the mince which tasted amazing due to the high quality mince. Will definitely purchase again and can highly recommend.
